Safe, Low-Maintenance Gardens Supporting Aged-Care Living
Overview
Bolton Clarke Macquarie View is a long-standing client partnership built through consistent communication, careful planning and dependable workmanship. Over several years, we have delivered a series of small to medium landscape upgrades, each designed to improve communal spaces, resolve challenging access conditions and prepare individual villas for incoming residents.
Located on an extensive, steep bushland site, the landscape needed to remain low-maintenance, natural in appearance and fully aligned with the village’s preference for Australian native plantings. Every project required full compliance with aged-care safety protocols and respectful coordination with residents and facility management.
The Brief
To construct and install the complete landscape design as specified by Architects Taylor Brammer, for a newly built high-care nursing home. This included detailed implementation across five internal courtyard spaces, rooftop gardens and elevated window box planters, along with all structural, horticultural and accessibility requirements.
